Venezuelan by birth, Peruvian by blood, French by training, based in Barcelona. Three languages, several homes, one habit that has outlasted all of them: writing things down to think more clearly.
Most of my professional energy has gone into systems, the unglamorous ones that hold a marketplace together. At Deale I designed the operational machinery of an M&A marketplace: onboarding, churn prediction, matching quality, the invisible rails a marketplace runs on. I cared about turning ambiguous problems into workflows that produced signal instead of noise, and about the place where AI stopped being a demo and started being infrastructure.
Underneath the work sits a longer arc. I believe education, entrepreneurship, and thoughtful public policy are the real engines of development, and that real change begins with a person who has learned to govern oneself. Everything below, the assessment, the writing, the projects, is an honest account of someone still practicing that.

I wrote this at twenty-two, and I have left it as it is because it still points north: wake up each morning to leave a positive mark on people by being myself, doing what I love, sharing it, growing, experimenting, and serving, with patience and compassion along the way.

Professional
Build and lead ventures that improve how humans learn, decide, and cooperate. Operate as a systems builder now, as a founder and, eventually, a policy maker later. Work only inside organisations whose values I would defend in public.
Education
Education is the highest-leverage investment a society can make. My long arc is an educational venture that helps people know themselves, learn how to learn, and act on it: self-awareness, emotional intelligence, technical skill, and the courage to set impossible goals and work toward them.
Financial
Enough active and passive income that money stops being a variable in my decisions. Freedom as a vehicle, not a trophy. Independence in order to serve, not in order to withdraw.
Personal
A good son, a good partner, a good friend, a good citizen. Physical, mental, spiritual, and financial balance, in that order of foundation. Perpetual apprentice. Radical open-mindedness. Amar y servir.
