Portrait of Juan F. Arroyo M.

I am Juan F. Arroyo M. Born in Venezuela to Peruvian migrant parents, educated in France and shaped by young ventures in Spain, I learned to be comfortable being the first. Today, I turn that mindset into products, systems and ideas that help people make better decisions.

Putting it into practice

Learning by building inside young ventures.

I joined two fintech ventures as their first hire in my respective functions.

Where I am heading

Long-term problems deserve long-term builders.

I am especially interested in where Go-to-Market, Product, Marketing and Data meet.

Longer term, I want to help build and scale ventures in Education, Health and Infrastructure across Europe and the Global South, especially Latin America. Talent is universal; the conditions to unlock it are not.

Ideas in public

Notes from building, moving and learning.

Daily reflections, quotes I return to and principles I put into practice. Alongside them, longer articles on entrepreneurship, migration and the experiences that shape my judgment.
